WorkBuddy Enterprise Edition adds hosted agents, security and observability
Tencent announced four enterprise upgrades for WorkBuddy: an expanded open platform, an enterprise security solution, an observability center and hosted agents, or WMA, with Tencent Cloud Agent Runtime also upgraded. WMA is available through the WorkBuddy admin console and Tencent Cloud console, while the platform can connect enterprise and third-party systems and support third-party open models and self-hosted models. Tencent also published a WorkBuddy Enterprise Edition security whitepaper outlining its full-chain security controls.
The release adds concrete enterprise deployment and integration options for agents, including API and SDK access, security governance and operational monitoring; however, compatibility, security effectiveness and usage figures are largely vendor claims.

基于这一目标与愿景，腾讯WorkBuddy企业版宣布四大核心能力升级，包括开放平台能力，以及全新上线的企业级安全解决方案、可观测中心与WorkBuddy托管智能体（WMA）。同时，发布《WorkBuddy企业版安全白皮书》，首次系统披露全链路安全管控体系。
跨越单点提效，四大升级重塑超级组织
“80%的员工认为AI提升了个人效率，但仅有6%的组织获得显著业务回报。”腾讯云副总经理、WorkBuddy企业产品负责人张曦耀指出，个人提效并不等于组织变强，中间隔着的是一整套组织能力。
