甲骨文启动200亿美元股票和债券发行以支持AI数据中心
据美国证券交易委员会文件，甲骨文开始营销100亿美元投资级债券，并同时推进独立的100亿美元普通股发行。债券分为六个批次，包括一个浮动利率批次和五个固定利率批次。初步文件尚未公布各批次的利率和资金分配。甲骨文表示，所得款项将用于一般公司用途，可能包括资本支出、偿还债务、收购、派息及回购股票。这笔融资拟用于支持面向AI客户的数据中心扩张。

Oracle began marketing $10bn in investment-grade bonds on Monday, alongside a separate $10bn share offering, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
The bond sale is divided into six tranches. One carries a floating interest rate and matures in 2029. The other five have fixed rates, with maturities in 2029, 2031, 2033, 2037 and 2046.
The preliminary filing did not specify the interest rates or the amount allocated to each tranche. BofA Securities is leading the bond sale, with Wells Fargo, Citigroup, JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank among the other banks involved.
