HKUDS launches AutoSwarm to coordinate multiple AI agents
HKUDS presented AutoSwarm, an installable system that coordinates existing AI agents as one team by selecting agents according to their capabilities, sharing context and memory, and connecting complementary tools and workflows. It can run subtasks in parallel and synthesize their results, with support across Windows, macOS, and Linux through desktop apps, CLI tools, IDE extensions, and skill-enabled environments. The repository also includes setup instructions, provider probes, and an accompanying technical paper.
AutoSwarm offers a concrete way to route work among multiple existing coding and agent tools, but its coordination and execution capabilities are vendor-reported.
