Shenzhen standards institute launches industry AI agent
The Shenzhen Institute of Standards Technology launched its first standards-industry AI agent using the Enterprise WeChat and WorkBuddy ecosystem. The agent has 16 expert capabilities and 10 core skills for finding, managing, and applying standards. The institute also described using Agent and Skill workflows to support document-heavy work and organize knowledge.
The deployment offers a concrete enterprise case for connecting workplace agents with organizational identity, permissions, collaboration systems, and reusable knowledge, while the institute argues that clear rights, responsibilities, and incentives are needed before critical work can be delegated to AI.
10月29日，在2026腾讯全球数字生态大会·企业微信专场上，深圳市标准技术研究院（以下简称“深标院”）人工智能应用与标准化专家冯念文以《AI时代，重构组织竞争力》为题，分享了深标院应用企业微信与WorkBuddy的实践，以及由此引出的组织治理思考。
从部分任务耗时由5-8天压缩至约3小时，到知识与经验逐步沉淀为组织可调用的能力，深标院的探索已从员工个人提效，延伸至工作流程与管理方式的变化。冯念文认为，AI正在同时改变组织的生产力与生产关系，企业要把AI用深，也需要建立相应的权责与激励机制，为关键业务交给AI创造信任基础。
