- Anthropic publishes Agent Skills repository and specification
Anthropic’s public repository contains its implementation of Agent Skills for Claude, the specification, a skill template, and examples for creative, technical, enterprise, and document workflows. Many skills use the Apache 2.0 license, while the DOCX, PDF, PPTX, and XLSX document skills are source-available rather than open source. Skills can be installed through Claude Code or uploaded to Claude.ai and the Claude API. Anthropic says Claude dynamically loads instructions, scripts, and resources to improve performance on specialized tasks, but the repository warns that Claude’s implementation and behavior may differ from the examples and advises testing skills before critical use.
GitHub Trending · Python · 🔥 11 - AI Design Skills offers landing-page rules for AI coding tools
The open-source AI Design Skills repository provides self-contained Markdown design instructions that can be used with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, Cline, and other tools that read rules files. Its first listed skill, landing-page-design, covers page structure, conversion copy, typography, spacing, radii, and motion; users can install individual folders or copy the SKILL.md file into their preferred configuration.
GitHub Trending(每日) · 🔥 0 - Anthropic Manager Drops Coding Interviews for His Team
Anthropic engineering manager Felix Rieseberg removed traditional coding interviews from his team’s hiring process, arguing that Claude now performs better than candidates on small React and assembly exercises. He said he has not settled on a complete alternative for evaluating engineers who work well with AI. In the meantime, he reviews résumés and portfolios for small prototypes that demonstrate taste, empathy and principled thinking. The change applies only to his team; Anthropic’s broader candidate guidance still asks applicants not to use Claude in live interviews or take-home tests unless instructed otherwise.
The Next Web · 🔥 4 - Claude-Red is an offensive-security skill library for Claude
SnailSploit’s GitHub project Claude-Red is a curated, MIT-licensed collection of offensive-security skills formatted as SKILL.md files for the Claude Skills system. Its documented setup includes installation through Git, Claude Code, Claude.ai, or a script. The skills cover areas including web exploitation, identity attacks, wireless security, cloud attack paths, exploit development, and AI security. The project says the skills load on demand and provide domain-specific methodology, but these capability claims have not been independently verified.
GitHub Trending · Python · 🔥 0 - Anthropic launches Claude Duet, a proactive agent app built on Opus 5.5
Anthropic announced Claude Duet on 21 October as a research preview, describing it as an AI agent app that works proactively for users rather than only responding to prompts. According to a GeekPark roundup citing IT Home, the app compiles cross-app priorities each day, sends proactive reminders and keeps working on delegated tasks in the background after the user steps away. It is built on Claude Opus 5.5 and ships as separate iOS and Android apps plus a claude.ai web version, with a waitlist opening first to US Pro and Max subscribers; during the preview it shares plan usage limits with other Claude features.
极客公园 · 🔥 0 - Claude Security adds continuous scanning and fix tracking
Anthropic released an expanded Claude Security public beta for Claude Enterprise customers on October 21, 2026. It now performs a baseline scan, checks repository changes by risk and complexity, tracks findings through remediation, and adds API, webhook, and MCP integrations for Claude.ai and Claude Code. Anthropic says thousands of organizations have used the earlier public beta to identify more than one million vulnerabilities, a figure that has not been independently verified.
Claude Blog · 🔥 0 - Anthropic outlines election safeguards ahead of the 2026 US midterms
Anthropic published a blog post on October 14 detailing strengthened election safeguards ahead of the 2026 US midterms. The company said it used Anthropic Insights to analyze 250,000 US Claude.ai conversations from September 21 to 27, 2026: about 5.75% touched on politics, public policy or social issues, about 0.51% were specifically about elections or voting, about 0.01% asked whom or what to vote for, and about 0.002% violated its election integrity policies. Anthropic said Claude will later this month start drawing official voting information from Democracy Works into responses for US users, while continuing to show a TurboVote banner; external evaluations found Claude sometimes added unsolicited caveats and that Claude Sonnet 4.5 was more likely to soften arguments for right-leaning positions, which Anthropic says it is addressing. Anthropic also said it banned accounts tied to foreign-based operators of a fake news site that used Claude to produce US midterm coverage favoring Russian, Iranian and North Korean narratives.
Anthropic · News · 🔥 0 - Composio's awesome-claude-skills hits GitHub trending with 1,000+ skills
Composio's awesome-claude-skills repository on GitHub collects more than 1,000 Claude Skills and plugins spanning document processing, development and code tools, data and analysis, business and marketing, writing, creative media, collaboration and security, and says they work across Claude.ai, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI and Windsurf. According to the repo, a Skill is a reusable instruction package containing a SKILL.md file with YAML frontmatter and Markdown instructions, loaded progressively: roughly 100 tokens per skill for name and description at session start, with the full body (typically under 5,000 tokens) loaded only when the agent judges it relevant. The list also promotes Composio's MCP Gateway, a single MCP endpoint for 1,000+ integrations with built-in authentication, team access controls and audit logs, plus a connect-apps plugin that lets Claude send emails, create issues and post to Slack; its README credits Anthropic with introducing the format in October 2025 and releasing it as an open standard in December 2025.
GitHub Trending · Python · 🔥 0 - Anthropic bans sustained abuse of Claude in usage policy update
Anthropic published a new Usage Policy on October 8, effective November 12, that prohibits “sustained and needless abusive or cruel behavior” toward Claude, with ending the conversation described as the primary enforcement mechanism and account suspension possible. Anthropic says the abuse rule targets only extreme cases and does not apply to ordinary frustration, pushback, dark creative themes, or model testing and research; the update also clarifies rules on deceptive influence operations and election interference, weapons software and arming drones, surveillance without consent, high-risk health and finance uses, and human oversight when Claude controls hardware that could cause injury. Anthropic says most changes clarify existing rules, while coverage cites its transparency data showing 11.4 million accounts blocked in the first half of 2026, 398,000 appeals and 42,000 reversals; no new mass-ban wave for November has been announced.
