Deep Robotics Updates STAR Market IPO Prospectus
Deep Robotics updated its prospectus on September 28 as it seeks an IPO on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, according to TMTPost. The filing says first-half 2026 revenue reached 259 million yuan, up 117.67% year over year, but the company reported an 8.81 million yuan loss after achieving a 28.68 million yuan attributable profit in 2025. It plans to raise 2.503 billion yuan, including 1.169 billion yuan for embodied algorithms and models and 554 million yuan for robot bodies and solutions.
The prospectus links Deep Robotics' IPO financing to major investment in embodied models and large capacity expansion, while its reported loss and limited humanoid sales leave the commercial execution of that plan unproven.
