OpenAI据报下调融资目标与拟议估值
英国《金融时报》援引知情人士报道，OpenAI将最新一轮融资目标从300亿美元下调至约200亿美元，拟议估值也从1.4万亿美元降至1.25万亿美元。《华尔街日报》称，OpenAI目前获得约110亿美元的投资承诺，并已告知股东将继续向家族办公室和高净值个人募资。报道称，部分投资机构缩减了认购额度，预计首轮交割规模将低于200亿美元。OpenAI拒绝置评。

OpenAI has secured about $11bn for its latest funding round, less than half of the $30bn it first sought, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal’s Berber Jin. Interest from some large investors was “tepid”, the WSJ reported.
