The Next Web 报道称，Microsoft 为政府及受监管企业扩展 Sovereign Cloud，向欧盟和欧洲自由贸易联盟客户推出 Data Guardian，由可信欧洲合作伙伴监督微软工程师对生产系统的远程登录，并用 Production Touch Ledger 记录访问。Foundry Local 与 GitHub Enterprise Local 将在 Ignite 大会正式可用，两者可完全离线运行；SQL Server on Azure Local 已正式可用，Microsoft 365 Local 则面向获批客户预览。
