DoorDash CEO：AI 智能体将推高人力需求
DoorDash 联合创始人兼 CEO 徐迅（Tony Xu）在都灵 Wave by Vento 活动上表示，AI 智能体在互联网上做的事可能已在数量上超过人类，它们偏好购物、吃饭、取件、退货这类带有物理环节的日常任务，因此智能体越多，对实体配送网络乃至人力劳动的需求也会随之增加。他提到 DoorDash 9 月在 Apple Messages 内上线的点单智能体，以及已在凤凰城实际运营的 Dot 配送机器人（他称已向数万名顾客完成配送）和 9 月发布的无人机系统。徐迅强调，真正的核心是背后的平台：每一笔订单都由它决定交给地面机器人、无人机还是人类骑手，人和机器人也可以共享同一条路线。
这是配送平台高管对“智能体越多、实体运力需求越大”这一反直觉判断的公开表态，也透露了 DoorDash 在机器人、无人机与调度平台上的进展。
DoorDash co-founder and chief executive Tony Xu says more AI agents will mean more demand for physical delivery networks, and even for human labour. He spoke on Wednesday at Wave by Vento in Turin, in a session titled “Inside the Making of DoorDash”.
AI agents have probably already overtaken humans in the number of things they do on the internet, Xu said. To be useful, he said, they look for recurring tasks that people ask them to do again and again.
