Guanfuxin Raises Seed Round for Chip-Design AI Agents
Nanjing Guanfuxin Software has completed a seed financing round co-led by Hillhouse Capital and Lihe Suanxin, according to 36Kr; the amount and use of proceeds were not disclosed. Founded in 2026, the company provides AI agents for chip R&D teams that connect semiconductor knowledge with proprietary and third-party EDA tools for project analysis, fault localization, and design optimization. Guanfuxin claims the agents can read project materials, identify problems, invoke tools, and adjust solutions based on results, but no independent performance measurements were reported.
The financing backs a new effort to bring tool-using AI agents into chip-design workflows, where companies are pursuing fault localization, validation, and optimization alongside existing EDA toolchains.
近日，南京观复芯软件有限公司（下称“观复芯”）完成种子轮融资，由高瓴创投、力合算芯联合领投，恒旭资本、金雨茂物跟投。本轮融资金额及具体资金用途尚未披露。
观复芯成立于2026年，位于南京市建邺区，主要面向芯片研发企业提供AI智能体产品。其切入点不是生产芯片，而是将半导体专业知识与芯片设计工具连接起来，帮助工程师处理故障排查、设计优化和反复验证等工作。
据公司介绍，创始人兼CEO徐子敬毕业于南京大学，拥有十五年以上芯片研发与大型项目管理经验。他曾担任芯耀辉SerDes与UCIe产品线负责人，推动高速接口IP商业化，后在东方算芯担任3D AI大算力芯片项目经理，参与项目研发及量产导入。这些经历覆盖了从芯片功能模块开发到整芯片项目管理的不同环节。
芯片研发通常需要多个团队配合，并在不同工具之间反复修改、验证。观复芯希望承接其中一部分可重复的工程任务：智能体读取项目资料、识别问题后，调用相应工具执行操作，再根据结果调整方案，而不只是向工程师提供文字建议。
