Why Some Enterprises Put on an AI Hat Without Changing Operations
In an authorized TMTPost column, 影子备忘录 argues that many companies treat AI as an identity label or narrative rather than integrating it into workflows, data, and organizational decisions. The article contrasts that approach with manufacturing examples from 日照钢铁 and 友达光电, whose reported gains include higher production efficiency, lower defect rates, and lower costs. It recommends identifying specific operational pain points and comparing AI solutions with existing approaches before deployment.
The commentary highlights a practical enterprise AI issue: technical tools alone may not produce sustained value without corresponding changes to processes, data, and workforce preparation.
