   Superlite: a Claude Code plugin that parallelizes agent builds

   A developer released Superlite, a Claude Code plugin that plans a build, splits it into tasks that can run side by side, assigns each task to the cheapest Claude model that can do it well (Opus, Sonnet or Haiku), checks the interfaces between tasks and reviews the result. In the author's self-run benchmarks, a smaller sitegen task took 8.8 minutes versus 34.4 minutes for the superpowers workflow, with both passing 89/89 hidden tests; on a 177-test project, three Superlite runs averaged 25.1 minutes versus 33.6 minutes, again passing all tests. The author says hooks enforce rules such as blocking the coordinating agent from editing code and moving test runs to the background, but all performance figures come from the author's own testing and are not independently verified.

   Developers are uninstalling Superpowers, the Claude Code skill plugin

   A Juejin column argues that Superpowers, described as the most popular skill plugin in the Claude Code ecosystem, is being uninstalled by developers, including the author himself. The plugin injects 14 skill modules that force every task through brainstorming, spec writing, planning, TDD, coding and review, which the author says makes even trivial edits take far longer; the piece cites a user test in which startup alone consumed about 22,000 tokens, roughly 11% of the context window. The author contends that newer models such as Fable 5 now plan and verify their own work, so skills should be enabled on demand rather than installed as a full suite, and notes that the maintainers cut the 14 skills from 3,150 lines of code to 977.
