这是我装了几十个之后最大的感受。很多所谓的 Skill，打开 SKILL.md 一看，核心就是一段 Prompt——"你是一个 XX 专家，请按照以下步骤……"。这种东西你直接对 AI 说一句话就能达到同样效果，根本不需要装一个 Skill。
真正有价值的 Skill，一定是改变了 AI 的工作流程，而不只是改变了一段 Prompt。
