E-commerce operator integrates WPS Lingxi into daily workflow
Liu Yan, an e-commerce operator at Suzhou Huanuo Group, uses WPS Lingxi for keyword scoring and selection, product-title optimization, image editing, image-quality enhancement and checks for prohibited wording or promotional claims. He said the tool helped him produce a calibrated set of 150 core keywords for his 1688 store and saved at least 50% of the time spent on repetitive, process-oriented work. These productivity figures were his own assessments, and the report did not cite an independent measurement. His daily work covers product links on platforms including Taobao, 1688, JD.com, Douyin and Kuaishou. Kingsoft Office assistant president Tian Ran said WPS Lingxi is intended to deliver editable, reviewable native documents, spreadsheets and presentations in standard formats; the report did not independently test that positioning.
The case shows how an AI agent is being used across keyword, listing, image and compliance workflows in a specific e-commerce operation. Its significance as evidence of productivity gains remains limited because the reported 50% time saving and Kingsoft Office's delivery claims were not independently verified.
