DeepBlue and Huawei launch Wowoker enterprise AI agent phone
DeepBlue Technology and Huawei launched Wowoker, an enterprise-focused phone built on Kirin hardware, HarmonyOS, multimodal models, Decision Model, and AgentOS orchestration. DeepBlue says an on-device model supports intent detection and assisted replies in WeChat, while AI call avatars, marketing automation, and smart CRM tools handle customer acquisition and management workflows. TMTPost reported the launch event on October 29, while AIbase dated the public release October 30.
Wowoker extends AI agents from chat interfaces into mobile business workflows, but its performance, reliability, broad availability, and “world’s first” designation have not been independently verified.

深兰科技创始人、董事长陈海波在开场致辞中表示，当下企业面临获客难、运营难和管理难三大“难点”。销售业务寻找客户线索难度大，销售沟通全过程无法监管，业务数据依赖人工录入容易失真、核心客户资产伴随人员离职发生流失、销售沟通违规风险难以提前防控。普通消费级 AI 手机聚焦个人娱乐问答场景，无法满足企业业务管控与数据安全的双重诉求。
