Bloomberg reported that Tencent Holdings Ltd. released the Hy4 open-weight foundation model on Wednesday. Tencent said Hy4 joins the top tier of Chinese open-weight AI systems for the first time, a vendor-attributed claim. The company also plans a Flash version.
