Serval raises $150M Series C at $3B valuation
Serval raised $150 million in a Series C round led by Sequoia, valuing the enterprise automation company at $3 billion, up from $1 billion in December 2025. Its Catalyst AI agents automate work such as employee access management and troubleshooting. Serval says customers also use the product in HR, finance, security and legal teams, and the company plans to hire more than 500 people over the next 12 months.
The round places Serval at a valuation three times its December level as the company expands into more enterprise workflows and increases hiring. Serval CEO Jake Stauch also described Catalyst as an alternative replacement for platforms such as ServiceNow, rather than an additional AI layer over existing systems of record.

Serval has raised $150m in a Series C round led by Sequoia, valuing the San Francisco company at $3bn. That is three times the $1bn valuation it reached in December, when it raised $75m.
Serval announced the round on Thursday in a blog post and a press release. Co-founder and chief executive Jake Stauch spoke to Harshita Mary Varghese of Reuters about the product.
