OnePlus expands stable ColorOS 17 rollout to four phones
OnePlus confirmed stable ColorOS 17 updates for the OnePlus 13, 13R, 13s and 15R, with Android Authority citing firmware builds for each model. The rollout began in India in batches, ahead of the originally scheduled October 30 release for the OnePlus 13, 13s and 15R. OnePlus has not confirmed release dates for the United States or other markets. ColorOS 17 replaces OxygenOS and adds tools for document organization, translation, suspicious-call detection and video-call face-swap detection.
The rollout extends Android 17 and ColorOS 17 to four additional OnePlus phones and brings AI-assisted document and translation tools, along with features designed to flag potential synthetic voices and face swaps.
