OnePlus is bringing Android 17 to four more smartphones ahead of schedule, including the OnePlus 13 and 13R.
The company began rolling out stable ColorOS 17 updates in India on Oct. 26 for the OnePlus 13, 13s, and 15R, with the OnePlus 13R following on Oct. 27. The first three models were originally scheduled for Oct. 30, while the 13R wasn’t expected to receive the software until November.
The early release brings interface improvements, smoother performance, and additional AI-powered features to supported devices. OnePlus has not confirmed when the updates will become available in the US. Under its broader software transition policy, eligible existing owners can choose whether to migrate from OxygenOS to ColorOS once the update becomes available for their devices and regions.
