Superpowers, an agentic skills framework for coding agents, trends on GitHub
Superpowers is an open-source (MIT) agentic skills framework and software development methodology from Jesse Vincent and the team at Prime Radiant. Once installed, it auto-triggers a set of composable skills: the agent draws out the user's real intent, produces a design document and a bite-sized implementation plan, then dispatches subagents to implement and review each task, emphasizing test-driven development, YAGNI and DRY. It must be installed separately per harness and supports Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot CLI, OpenCode, Qwen Code, Kimi Code and others, with official plugin-marketplace listings for Claude Code and Codex.
It packages a spec-first engineering workflow into an open, automatically triggered skill set, offering a reusable pattern for structuring autonomous coding agents.
