In-depth insight

The report provides a concrete example of Claude CLI being used for a substantial end-to-end game implementation, but the claim has not been independently verified.

Monopoly written by Claude This game project was written by me using a Claude CLI agent on Linux in less than 24 hours. It is a full implementation of the game Monopoly and Claude was used for everything related to the specifics of the game. It was built using my custom Pascal toolkit that includes many of the essentials, such as window management, sound, input, OpenGL utilities, and a skinnable vector based UI element widget system. Claude handled all the animation, 3D views, and pretty much all else. It also created an AI system controlling strategy for the AI players in the game. The game is on my website for free at https://www.getlazarus.org/codebot/boardgame/ for all desktop platforms including Windows, MacOS, Linux, and Raspberry Pi. It was a fun project to make, use, and share privately with a few friends. Let me know if you have any questions. submitted by /u/sysrpl [link] [comments]
