You know the look. Cream background, a tiny all-caps label above every heading, and a dashed “photo goes here” box where an image should be. Hallmark is a free skill (MIT, made by Together AI) that tries to stop Claude Code from doing exactly that.
I wanted to see if it actually works, so I gave Claude Code the same brief twice. A landing page for a made-up coffee subscription. One build plain, one with /hallmark. Default Sonnet 5.5 both times.

Tips if you try it:
Install (project only): npx skills add nutlope/hallmark
My take: use it when the page actually has to look good. For everything else, plain Claude Code is faster and cheaper.
I wrote up the full test with screenshots and the other install methods here if anyone wants it: https://aiparabellum.com/hallmark-anti-ai-slop-skill-claude-code/
Has anyone tried it on an existing site with /hallmark redesign? Curious how it handles real content. submitted by /u/vinishkapoor
