Nvidia unveils DGX Station for Windows, a desktop AI supercomputer with up to 748GB memory
Nvidia announced DGX Station for Windows at a San Francisco event, positioning it as a desktop AI supercomputer shipping in Q4 2026. It packs an NVIDIA GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra Desktop Superchip with a 72-core Grace CPU, a Blackwell Ultra GPU and up to 748GB of unified memory (252GB HBM3e plus 496GB LPDDR5X), with up to 20 PFLOPS of AI compute — enough, Nvidia says, to run models of roughly 1 trillion parameters. The machine draws up to 1,600W and needs a 20A circuit, and is aimed at developers, researchers and data science teams doing local fine-tuning, inference and agent development.
Putting data-centre-class compute and unified memory on a desk lets teams run large models locally inside Windows, cutting cloud latency, cost and data-privacy friction.
