Dayforce推出一款测试版连接器，将人力资源、薪资和排班数据接入Claude，允许用户用自然语言查询员工信息并执行审批、填补班次、提交休假和招聘互动等受支持的操作。该连接器基于模型上下文协议，遵循Dayforce现有权限设置，修改数据前需验证并获得人工明确确认；Dayforce计划在2027年全面商用。
这项集成让Claude用户能够直接调用权限受控的敏感人力资源流程，但全面商用时间要到2027年，目前仍属于早期企业AI部署。
Dayforce is bringing its HR, payroll and scheduling data into Anthropic’s Claude. A new Dayforce connector lets customers ask questions about their workforce in plain language inside Claude and take supported actions, the HR software company said on Tuesday.
Those actions include approving requests, filling open shifts, submitting time off and engaging candidates. The connector is built on the Model Context Protocol and is in beta, with general availability expected in 2027.
Every response respects the permissions customers have already set in Dayforce, according to the company. Changes to workforce data need validation and explicit human confirmation before they go through. Salesforce made its own products available inside Claude in August.
