Bedrock Robotics Raises $600M Series C at $4.1B Valuation
Bedrock Robotics raised a $600 million Series C co-led by CapitalG and Emergence Capital, valuing the autonomous construction machinery startup at $4.1 billion, according to Bloomberg and The Next Web. The company says its driverless excavators have performed paid work on live job sites since mid-August, with proceeds earmarked for deploying more machines and expanding field-support teams.
The round is a major funding milestone for autonomous construction machinery, and Bedrock Robotics' claim that unmanned excavators have already completed paid work on active sites provides evidence of commercial deployment.

Bedrock Robotics has closed a $600M Series C co-led by CapitalG and Emergence Capital. The round values the San Francisco startup at $4.1bn after the money, it said in a statement on Monday. It brings the company’s total funding to nearly $1bn.
Bloomberg first reported the round. In February, Bedrock was valued at $1.75bn when it raised $270M, Edward Ludlow wrote for Bloomberg.
