iOS 27电话App新增AI通话情境功能
9to5Mac 梳理了 iPhone「电话」App 的新功能：iOS 26 起已有的通话保留提醒（Hold Assist）可自动识别被转入等待状态，并在对方回到线上时通知用户；来电阻挡（Call Screening）则会让未存于通讯录的号码先说明身份与来意，用户在锁屏上查看后再决定接听或转语音信箱。两项均可在「设置 > App > 电话」中开启。即将随 iOS 27 推出的通话情境信息（Call Context）属于 Apple Intelligence：致电企业时会自动从邮件等资料中找出确认码、订单号等相关信息并显示在屏幕上。报道称该功能仅支持 iPhone 15 Pro 及后续机型，iOS 27 目前处于开发者与公测阶段；但同一篇文章对正式推送时间的说法不一致，一处写「下个月」，另一处写「九月」。
Call Context 把 AI 用在拨号这一高频但常令人沮丧的环节，主动调取相关凭证信息；苹果强调它只依据用户拨打的号码，而不读取通话内容。

Hold Assist
With iOS 26 last year, Apple added a new feature called Hold Assist to the Phone app. When you’re on a call, the feature can detect when you’ve been placed on hold. Then you’ll see a pop-up you can tap to enable Hold Assist.
When the person on the other end of the call returns, your iPhone will notify you.
