China Mobile led the launch of an automotive-industry AI foundation at the 2026 World Intelligent Connected Vehicles Conference, according to 36Kr and the Capital Construction News WeChat account. The platform reportedly consolidates compute, data and models, manages 112.7 EFLOPS of compute, and provides six intelligent agents across design, manufacturing, intelligent driving and testing; its capabilities are open to the wider industry and have reportedly been used by more than 10 central and state-owned automakers.
