Tencent Launches Buddy One for Cross-App AI Collaboration
Tencent launched Buddy One at its 2026 Global Digital Ecosystem Conference, connecting WorkBuddy with Tencent Docs, Tencent Meeting, Tencent Drive, and ima through shared accounts, authorized cross-app search, storage, and AI points. WorkBuddy can search authorized documents, meeting records, and knowledge bases to produce answers labeled with their sources, while Tencent Drive opened a beta application as shared storage for AI-generated assets. Tencent also plans to open WorkBuddy's architecture to enterprise-developed and third-party Agents, but broader cross-app memory sharing remains under development.
Buddy One consolidates several of Tencent's office products around a shared Agent foundation, giving WorkBuddy a broader role as the cross-application execution and search layer.

15天后，腾讯又将WorkBuddy与旗下更多办公产品连接起来。
10月29日，在2026腾讯全球数字生态大会上，腾讯正式推出跨应用AI协同体系Buddy One，打通腾讯会议、腾讯文档、ima、腾讯网盘等办公产品的账号与协作能力。其中，腾讯文档、ima及腾讯网盘将接入WorkBuddy的Agent技术底座，共享其任务执行能力。
过去分别承担会议沟通、文档编辑、知识管理的办公产品，开始共享同一套Agent执行能力。
