LiberAI reportedly raised over RMB 1 billion in six rounds
36Kr, citing China VC, reports that physical-world-model startup LiberAI completed six funding rounds in under a year, raising more than RMB 1 billion and reaching a valuation in the billions of renminbi. Founded in December 2025, the company was established by Tsinghua doctoral student Liu Songming and developed the RDT-1B and RDT-2 embodied-AI models. The report also describes a broader funding wave involving Tsinghua-linked post-2000 founders, including those associated with LatentVerse, OriginFlow and Zero-Fang Robotics.
