Monday.com has launched Harmony, a voice AI platform that calls sales leads, qualifies them and hands the best ones to human reps, aimed at mid-market and large companies in the US, UK, Australia and Singapore. Harmony runs on voice technology from OneAI, which Monday.com bought in May for $14.1M in cash according to a company filing, and uses a set of small models each trained for one job rather than a single large model; the company claims replies in about 200 milliseconds.
