- Developer unveils HolyArrs, an AI-built replacement for the *arr media stack
A developer posting as /u/CoderLuii on r/OpenAI introduced HolyArrs, a self-hosted app they say replaces Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, Bazarr, Prowlarr, Seerr, SABnzbd and qBittorrent with one Netflix-style browse-and-request page for movies, TV shows and music. The developer says the app was built with AI coding tools against manuals the AI wrote for 36 existing apps, and that optional AI features include plain-language search, bring-your-own cloud or local models, and a built-in MCP server for assistants. HolyArrs is not yet public, is being run on the developer's own server, is planned as free and open source, and the developer is seeking beta testers.
