   ModelAnalysis.si launches LLM cost, benchmark, and VRAM comparison tool

   Developer Zack Ku announced ModelAnalysis.si, a free dashboard for comparing LLM benchmarks, API token pricing, VRAM requirements, and self-hosting economics. The tool supports side-by-side and radar-chart comparisons, API spend simulation, cloud-GPU break-even calculations, and deployment commands for Ollama and vLLM. According to Ku, the site draws on benchmark and pricing data covering more than 250 models, while a later post says it covers over 280 models. These coverage and accuracy claims have not been independently verified.

   Comfy launches contest for open-source rebuilds of Higgsfield's creative apps

   Comfy announced a competition in its ComfyUI newsletter offering a $10,000 grand prize for the best open-source rebuilds of creative apps such as Genjutsu and Cinema Studio, saying Higgsfield promised to open source its entire platform but did not. Entrants are asked to build the app and publish the repo so anyone can run, fork and improve it. The challenge is backed by Runpod, LTX, Black Forest Labs and MiniMax, with additional GeForce RTX 5090 prizes for the most innovative and most viral entries and for the best open-weights-only build, plus partner bonuses for workflows built around LTX, FLUX3 and MiniMax H3.
