- LINE to build no-code AI agent platform into Official Accounts, launch Q1 2027
At its annual press event, LINE announced a no-code AI agent development platform built into the LINE Official Account backend, letting merchants create their own business agents through natural-language conversation. It will initially offer three agent roles — booking, sales and customer service — with templates that can connect to a store's POS, CRM, membership and scheduling systems. LINE said brand partners are running proofs of concept now, with an official launch planned for the first quarter of 2027 and no pricing announced yet.
