   Scuba raises $34M to build a shared memory hub for humans and AI agents

   Scuba, which is building a "context engine" designed to serve as a shared memory hub for human workers and AI agents, has raised $34 million across pre-seed and seed rounds, according to Alex Konrad of Upstarts Media. Investors include Accel, IVP and startup CEOs such as Stripe's Patrick Collison. The company was founded by Noah Desai Weiss and Dolapo Falola.

   Baseten recruiting post lists ten reasons to join the AI inference startup

   Baseten published a July 25, 2024 blog post, "Ten reasons to join Baseten," pitching candidates on market opportunity, product positioning and team. It says the company was founded in 2019 as a platform for data science teams, expanded its vision to AI inference as generative AI accelerated in 2022, and now powers production inference for AI-native startups and enterprises.
