   CXMT reports Q3 profit surge and advances DRAM roadmap

   ChangXin Memory Technologies reported 2026 first-nine-month revenue of RMB269.024 billion and attributable net profit of RMB132.04 billion, turning profitable from a year-earlier loss. The company also said its G5 DRAM platform is in mass production, G6 products have completed engineering-sample validation, and a DDR5 RDIMM combining advanced devices, a 4F2 architecture and hybrid bonding is planned for year-end 2026.
