   A 潮涌AI ranking republished by 36Kr profiles 15 personal-agent startups outside the big platforms, led by Instinct, which the article says closed a $1B round at a $10B valuation on September 28 with Sequoia, Benchmark and Coatue participating — five months after being registered and after four rounds that took its seed valuation from $50M to $10B.
