   JD.com 11.11: AI spans 3,000+ scenarios, Super Brain 3.0 lands

   At its 2026 JD 11.11 launch event on Oct 15, JD.com said its AI capabilities now cover more than 3,000 scenarios across retail, logistics, health, industrial, food-delivery and housekeeping services, and it unveiled a full service map plus a “333” service plan. On the consumer side, JD App 16.0 upgraded AI shopping assistant Dongdong, while the JoyAI App introduced an AI digital human that can shop over live video, allowing orders, food delivery and hotel bookings during a call; for merchants, the Jingmai AI operations center opened dozens of AI tools spanning product selection, listing, operations, design, fulfillment and after-sales, and the JoyAvatar digital human served more than 90,000 merchants during the promotion. In logistics, JD says its Super Brain large model 3.0 pushed parcel-volume forecast accuracy above 94.2% and adoption of AI-recommended optimal delivery routes above 90.2%, while Wolfs robot products including Zhiwolf, Yiwolf and Dulang are already deployed at scale. JD 11.11 opened for in-stock sales at 8pm on Oct 12 with deposits and presales dropped, and JD said first-day ordering users grew by a double-digit percentage year on year.
