   CoreWeave, Nscale neocloud economics under scrutiny

   Concerns about the enormous amounts of debt financing behind the AI infrastructure boom are putting the neocloud sector under increasing scrutiny, according to a Bloomberg Tech segment. Decoding Discontinuity CEO Raphaelle D'Ornano discussed the pressure on CoreWeave as interest expenses weigh on its economics, saying investors are looking beyond contracted backlogs to financed and energized capacity. She also noted that Nscale, which is preparing for a potential IPO, differs through its vertically integrated approach.
