   Two Claude Code contributors leave Anthropic

   Thariq Shihipar, who worked on Claude Code for more than a year, announced on October 24 that he had left Anthropic. He said he planned to rest before starting something new. The same day, Claude Code desktop-app creator Anthony Morris said his final working day at Anthropic had ended. Morris did not disclose his reason for leaving or his next job, but said he would share his plans soon. The supplied reports said the announcements attracted attention in the developer community; they did not establish that either departure was forced or caused by an internal dispute.
