- Baseten appoints four leaders for its AI inference platform
Baseten announced the appointments of Bryan Vann, Ilina Mitra, Jaikumar Ganesh, and Rahmi Marasli to senior engineering leadership roles. Vann will join the Baseten Inference Stack team, while Mitra will lead the inference platform, Ganesh will work with customers on inference challenges, and Marasli will lead product platform development. Baseten says the appointments will strengthen its engineering organization, but its platform-performance claims have not been independently verified.
