   Claude Max 5x App Store purchases reportedly trigger repeated reviews

   A V2EX user said Claude Max 5x purchases through the Apple Store repeatedly triggered an “Apple needs review” message and a 72-hour wait, reportedly continuing five times despite contacting Apple Support. The user said Claude Pro had worked through an Apple gift card, while another community member reported that a US gift card also triggered a review. The poster also said payment with a US virtual credit card on a new account triggered KYC.
