   ECC 2.2 hits GitHub Trending with an agent harness system for Claude Code, Codex

   ECC is an MIT-licensed open-source project that describes itself as an "agent harness performance optimization system," giving coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Cursor a shared plan-test-implement-review-verify-remember workflow. Its repository claims 71 agents, 311 skills and 97 commands plus hooks, memory, continuous learning and AgentShield security scanning, installed via `npx [email protected] setup`, with a paid ECC Pro hosted GitHub App from $19 per seat per month for private repos.
