- Anthropic launches Claude Frontier Academy with $100M to train 10,000 engineers
Anthropic announced Claude Frontier Academy, a $100 million program aiming to train 10,000 forward-deployed engineers by the end of 2027, with the first cohort drawn from Accenture, Bain, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk, among others. Training combines a four-day in-person bootcamp with a 12-week real project inside the participant's own organization, leading to Claude Resident Engineer and, after a second assessment, Claude Frontier Deployed Engineer credentials, with the first final certifications expected in early 2027. Enrollment is currently by company nomination through Anthropic's account or partner teams.
36氪 人工智能 · 🔥 9 - Anthropic launches Cyber Mission, CIDP for critical infrastructure, free OSS Scanner
Anthropic launched the Anthropic Cyber Mission, a long-term commitment to securing critical infrastructure and open-source software. Its first piece, the Critical Infrastructure Defense Program, brings frontier Claude models, on-site engineers and threat research to a founding cohort of providers — Accenture, Booz Allen, CrowdStrike, Deloitte, Dragos, Hitachi, Insane Cyber, Nozomi Networks, Palo Alto Networks, PwC and Rockwell Automation — that defend the operational technology behind power grids, water systems and transportation networks. The second piece, OSS Scanner, is a free opt-in service that periodically scans open-source projects with Anthropic's strongest models and sends model-generated reports containing a proof of concept, an explanation and a suggested fix, without human review; Anthropic expects a true-positive rate above 90%. Anthropic also said Project Glasswing was merged this week into its expanded Cyber Verification Program.
Anthropic · News · 🔥 29 - Radisson launches ChatGPT hotel plugin, says bookings convert 1.5x organic search
Radisson Hotel Group, working with Accenture Song, launched a Radisson Hotels plugin in ChatGPT that lets travelers see hotel suggestions on a map, compare pricing and amenities, then continue to Radisson's site to book. OpenAI says the plugin was built in six weeks with agentic development, and that users with it installed no longer need to type @RadissonHotels for it to appear when relevant. The companies report a visit-to-booking conversion rate about 1.5 times Radisson's organic search for July-August 2026; Radisson is also running sponsored ChatGPT ads, with more than half of recorded checkout and booking events attributed through view-through measurement.
