Yelp 推出 Check for Me 代客致电查等位
据 CNET 与 TechCrunch 报道，Yelp 正在推出 Check for Me：该功能出现在 App 的餐厅页面，用户填写用餐人数和手机号后，AI 语音智能体将代其致电餐厅查询等位时间，并在几分钟内以短信反馈结果。Yelp Assistant 同时新增 OpenTable 集成，用户无需离开 App 即可订位，并获得基于过往对话与点评历史的个性化推荐、可查看近 30 天聊天记录、通过 Keep Me Posted 设置定制提醒、结合当地天气预报的订位提示以及自建清单功能。Yelp 还推出付费产品 Smart Lead Reply，每月 30 美元，让商家设置智能体如何回复客户并筛选线索；下月起将根据用户收藏与排序展示每周个性化推荐。
Yelp 首席产品官称，此次发布是 Yelp 用 AI 改造自身的又一步，覆盖从餐厅订位到聘请家装服务人员等各个类别。

“This release is another step forward as we transform Yelp with AI, with updates across every category on Yelp, from booking a table at a restaurant to hiring a pro for a home project,” Akhil Kuduvalli Ramesh, Yelp’s chief product officer, said in a statement.
Yelp expands its AI offerings
Just months after launching an updated AI assistant, Yelp Assistant, that can book reservations for you, Yelp is expanding its AI integrations with a new AI agent. Check for Me will call restaurants on your behalf to check wait times in real time and text you with updates within a few minutes. As personal and shopping assistants become more widely used, new reports show the hardships faced by both businesses and customers: Businesses must contend with an influx of calls and emails from bots, while human customers must compete with AI agents to make reservations.
