Repowise 是一个以 AGPL-3.0（另提供商业许可）开源的代码库智能工具，可为 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor 等支持 MCP 的编程智能体建立本地索引，一次性收录调用图、git 历史、测试、文档与设计决策。项目方称，在 django/django 上 43 个问题的配对智能体测试中，它把智能体自身输出减少 31.6%（p<0.0001），工具调用从 7.2 次降到 3.8 次；在 42 个封闭检索任务中命中修复所需文件的 0.876，对照工具为 0.610。团队还称其调用图与编译器校验的精确度在 Go 和 TypeScript 上为 0.976 至 0.995，并强调图分析、健康度、死代码等功能不调用大模型、无需 API key。
它代表了一类思路：与其让编程智能体反复检索和重读文件，不如先在本机建好代码库索引再让智能体提问。
