Xiaomi launches REDMI K100 with D2 AI GPU and 10,000mAh battery
Xiaomi launched the REDMI K100 in China with the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, an AI discrete GPU D2 for gaming, a 10,000mAh battery and a 165Hz display. Pricing starts at RMB 3,499, with preorders open ahead of a first sale on October 31 at 10:00 a.m. The phone ships with HyperOS 4 and the new Super Xiaoai assistant, which can generate presentations and webpages and schedule tasks across devices.
The launch combines a dedicated gaming GPU, high-end processor and unusually large battery in the K-series, while several endurance and gaming figures cited by the reports remain vendor claims.
