Infinigence AI, a Chinese AI compute-scheduling company, has completed a RMB 2.3 billion Series C round, bringing total funding to roughly RMB 4.3 billion, according to a report republished by Cyzone and originally from Guangzhui Tech. Citing unnamed sources and Bloomberg, the report says the company filed confidentially with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in early October to raise several hundred million dollars, with CITIC Securities, Haitong International and UBS as sponsors and a listing possibly as early as the first half of 2027; the IPO details have not been confirmed by the company. Infinigence does not make chips or own data centers, saying it manages more than 37,000 P of compute across 16 mainstream chip types, and at WAIC it reframed its business from selling raw compute to selling tokens through a "front store, back factory, one center" model. Rival SiliconFlow, which filed in Hong Kong in June, reported 2025 revenue of RMB 55.33 million (up 653%) alongside a widening net loss of RMB 345 million and gross margin falling from 39.4% to -24%, underscoring the profitability challenge for such intermediaries.
