AI summary
Google is rolling out a redesigned home-page search bar in the Google app: it is slimmer, has a white background with a subtle bordered shadow effect, and adds a plus icon on the left for attaching images or files, creating images with Nano Banana, or switching models for AI Mode. The Nano Banana and Search Live buttons below the bar are now labeled “Create” and “Talk”. Android Authority says the new design appears with Google app version 17.65.17 and showed up on all of its test devices.
