An investor asked Cambricon on an interactive platform why the newly launched DeepSeek-V4 preview only mentioned the Ascend 950 supernode and not Cambricon products, and whether the two companies have any actual business cooperation. Cambricon replied that its general-purpose AI chips are designed for diverse AI workloads including vision, speech, natural language processing and traditional machine learning, and offer broad applicability. The company separately said it currently focuses mainly on domestic customers and will keep concentrating on AI chip design, technical innovation and deployment.
