Doubao Phone Assistant names 151 apps refusing GUI automation, WeChat included
Doubao Phone Assistant said on October 14 that after a 30-day public notice period for its screen-automation declaration agreement ends, it will gradually open GUI automation of third-party apps, limited to those that have not opted out. It also published an opt-out list of 151 apps that do not permit the assistant to perform GUI screen automation, including WeChat, DeepSeek, Taobao, Kuaishou and Meituan. Doubao said developers can still declare a refusal after the notice period, and that it will not operate on apps that have opted out.
What a phone agent can actually do depends on app authorization, and this 151-app refusal list defines the boundary of apps Doubao Phone Assistant can automate.

初步统计，2026年前三季度社会融资规模增量累计为27.46万亿元，比上年同期少2.63万亿元。其中，企业债券净融资2.75万亿元，同比多1.18万亿元，企业债券在社会融资规模增量中的占比为10.01%；政府债券净融资10.3万亿元，同比少1.16万亿元；非金融企业境内股票融资5359亿元，同比多2191亿元。
根据测算，债券和股票融资在社会融资规模增量中的占比约49.48%，超过贷款占比约7个百分点，直接融资对信贷的替代效应进一步显现。特别是企业债券快速增长，9月末余额同比增长9.3%。
前三季度人民币贷款增加11.52万亿元。信贷资金主要流向了哪里？数据显示，企业端仍是主力，前三季度企（事）业单位贷款增加12.55万亿元，其中中长期贷款增加6.53万亿元，构成了企业信贷的“半壁江山”。居民端去杠杆态势延续，前三季度住户贷款减少1.03万亿元，2025年同期为增加1.1万亿元。
